Created by Georgia whilst in the heart of vibrant Mexico, we will gather in circle, checking in with the cosmos & setting intentions for our collective movement journey.

Throughout the session, you will be guided through a galactic visual meditation to unlock a portal and propel us into a fusion of yoga & dance inspired movements, guided through breath, eventually building the intensity to a high vibration ecstatic dance.
